Getting Started
This page covers everything from creating your account to landing on the main dashboard for the first time. If you’ve already done this and are looking to set up your programme, jump to Programme Setup.
Creating your account
Section titled “Creating your account”Account access on Narrative Intelligence is invite-controlled — you need to be on the platform’s access list before you can sign up. If you see an “email not authorised” message, contact your account manager to get access.
Once you’re on the list, sign up at the platform’s login page. You have two options:
Sign up with Google
Section titled “Sign up with Google”Click Continue with Google and complete Google’s authentication. Your account is created immediately — no email verification step required.
Sign up with email and password
Section titled “Sign up with email and password”- Enter your email address and choose a password.
- Check your inbox — you’ll receive a verification email within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive.
- Click the link in the email. This completes your registration and signs you in.
Signing in
Section titled “Signing in”Go to the platform login page and sign in with the method you used to register (email/password or Google). You’ll be taken straight to your dashboard.
If you’ve forgotten your password, use the Forgot password link on the login page.
Accepting a team invitation
Section titled “Accepting a team invitation”If someone has invited you to join a programme as a reviewer, viewer, or mentor, you’ll receive an invitation email. The link in that email is valid for 7 days.
What happens next depends on whether you already have an account:

| You already have an account | Click the link — you’ll be prompted to accept the invitation and taken straight to the programme |
| You don’t have an account yet | Click the link — it will walk you through creating an account, and the invitation is accepted automatically once you register with the same email address |
Your first login: choosing a programme
Section titled “Your first login: choosing a programme”If you’re an admin creating your first programme, you’ll be prompted to set one up right away. See Programme Setup for what to fill in.
If you’ve been invited to an existing programme, you’ll land on the dashboard for that programme immediately.
Switching between programmes
Section titled “Switching between programmes”If you belong to more than one programme, use the programme switcher in the top-left sidebar. Click your current programme name to open the dropdown and select another.
