Studio Tokens

The Studio runs on a prepaid token wallet. You buy Studio Tokens once and use them whenever you need the Studio — there are no subscriptions, plans, or recurring charges.

How it works

Add tokens — choose an amount and make a one-time payment
Use the Studio — tokens are consumed as applications are processed
Top up whenever you need more — return to any amount, any time

Your current Studio Token balance is always visible in the portal after you sign in.

Payment

Payments are processed via Paystack for card and bank transfer
Larger organisational purchases can be made by bank transfer or invoice — the token allocation is the same
Tokens are credited to your balance after payment is confirmed
You receive a payment receipt for every purchase
Failed payments do not affect your token balance

Token validity

Purchased Studio Tokens remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Tokens have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

What tokens pay for

Studio Tokens cover automated processing within the platform — AI review of applications, report generation, and schema analysis.

They do not cover bespoke configuration, data migration, API integration, or advisory work. If you need those, speak to your account contact.

Refunds and processing failures

If a processing failure is caused by a system error, the relevant tokens are restored to your balance automatically. You do not need to request this.

If you submit new or changed information for re-processing, that may consume tokens again under the standard rules.

Top up

Go to Settings → Studio Tokens in the portal and click Add tokens to top up your balance at any time.
