Programme Setup

A programme is your organisation on the platform — the incubator, accelerator, grant scheme, or workspace that you run. You set it up once, and then run multiple cohorts under it over time.

Creating your programme

When you first log in, you’ll be prompted to create your programme. You can also create additional programmes later from the dashboard.

Fill in the following:

Programme name — The name of your incubator or accelerator. This appears on public-facing application forms, so use the name your applicants will recognise.

Description — A short paragraph describing what your programme does. Shown to applicants on the public application form.

Programme type — Choose the option that best describes your model. This helps the platform calibrate its AI-generated application forms and scoring.

Incubation	You support early-stage founders over an extended period
Accelerator	You run a fixed-term intensive programme, often equity-based
Workspace	You primarily provide physical or community space
Government	Your programme is publicly funded or government-backed
Technical	Your focus is on deep-tech or engineering-led ventures
Social Impact	You select for social or environmental outcomes
University	You run a student or alumni entrepreneurship programme
Investment Readiness	You prepare founders for fundraising
Pitch Challenge	You run a competition or challenge format

Programme settings

After creation, go to Settings in the sidebar to update your programme at any time. Only programme admins can access Settings.

General settings

Programme name and description — edit these any time
Programme type — changing this will affect how AI-generated forms and scoring are calibrated for future cohorts; it doesn’t retroactively change existing submissions

Programme ethos

The Programme Ethos is one of the most important things you can fill in — it directly shapes how the platform analyses and scores your applicants.

Go to Settings → Programme Ethos to complete it.

Think of it as telling the platform: what kind of founder are you actually looking for? The more specific your answers, the more accurate the scoring will be. Vague answers like “we support innovative founders” produce generic results. Specific answers like “we prioritise founders who have direct lived experience of the problem they’re solving” produce much more useful scoring.

Fill in each section in sequence:

Section	What to write
Beliefs	What your programme believes about entrepreneurship and founder development
Ideal founder	The characteristics of a founder who would thrive in your programme — not just their business, but who they are as a person
Definition of success	What does it look like for a founder to graduate from your programme successfully?
Selection lens	The lens or filter you apply when choosing who to accept
Non-negotiables	Things that would automatically rule out an applicant, regardless of how strong the rest of their application is
Development promise	What you commit to providing to accepted founders — what are you offering them?
Graduate expectation	What you expect founders to have achieved or be capable of by the end of the programme
